Description

Summary:

Properly store, secure, handle, care for and issue goods, material and merchandise for all bars and cocktail stations as well as act as a property host.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all assigned equipment in a proper working manner, reporting all problems, damage and general condition as required to the Beverage Manager or Beverage Supervisor.
  • Continually monitor, maintain and clean all areas of responsibility.
  • Fill in for bartender as needed.
  • Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

Qualifications
  • No experience required
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • The primary language spoken is English; ability to read, write, understand and speak English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
  • Verify right to work in the United States

Physical Requirements
  • Frequently required to walk and stand for long periods
  • Use hands to hold tools utilized for position
  • Reach with hands and arms
  • Occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 80 pounds.

Potential Work Environment Conditions

The work environment is characterized as varied requiring multi-tasking, where standard equipment will be supplied and used as a part of the job. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud requiring service to guests who may be smoking and/or drinking alcohol. The work environment is a smoking environment in the building.
