Integral Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Care Giver duties: Responsible for a designated group of residents during the shift and consistently check on them.; Observe, report and document symptoms and conditions of residents for changes in condition.; Assist with continence management and disposal of continence products to ensure sanitation.; Actively participate in activities of daily living and life enrichment activities.; Medication Tech duties: Review service plans and assist/observe medications using the Six Rights of Medication Pass; document administration.
