Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our team in Mohave County, AZ office. This role involves providing comprehensive legal advice, conducting detailed legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and participating in negotiations on behalf of clients. The successful candidate will also handle cases involving Domestic Matters, Civil Litigation, Probate, or Criminal Matters ensuring compliance and advocating for clients in employment-related matters. Additional responsibilities may include representing clients in court proceedings and collaborating with other legal professionals within the firm. The associate will be in the department best suited to their interest or expertise.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Law, including labor and employment law cases
• Skilled in providing effective and accurate Legal Advice tailored to clients' needs
• Proficient in conducting thorough and detailed Legal Research
• Effective Negotiation skills to advocate for clients and reach favorable outcomes
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must be an independent thinker and take initiative

This position can be a hybrid position for the right candidate.

Salary: $85,000.00 - $140,000.00 depending upon experience

Must be a member of the State Bar of Arizona, and be in good standing to practice law.
