Summary
It is the responsibility of the Associate Warehouse Ops to perform general labor duties, to include loading and unloading equipment, marking floor, setting up service areas, meeting rooms, offices, and hanging drape & booth signs, and set up boneyard, etc. Professionally interacts with customers, team members, and third-party vendor/partner representatives to provide the highest level of service excellence. Support a safe work environment by following all safety policies and procedures, taking personal responsibility for safety, reporting hazards or concerns promptly, and contributing to a culture that prioritizes safety every day.
This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show-site based out of Mohave Valley, AZ.
This position is specific to 2nd Shift . The schedule is Wednesday - Friday 11:00am-7:45pm and Saturday and Sunday 6:00am-2:45pm.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform assigned work in accordance with meeting production schedules, & will be required to physically execute tasks.
Maintain an orderly, efficient, and safe work space.
Maintain communication with the supervisor as needed, advises of any problems that may affect the operation.
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Completes execute daily safety huddles. (Both non-Freeman employees and Freeman employees).
Use tools, equipment, and protective gear properly to prevent injuries and incidents.
Perform other duties as assigned. (Task assignments as well as work hours are subject to change due to work needs).

?Adjusting labor as needed.
?Track and hold accountable efficiency.??
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of trade show, warehouse operations and/or related experience is required.
Produce trade shows on the 1000 - 1500 booth level.
Basic understanding of workplace safety practices and applicable OSHA requirements.
Ability to consistently follow safety rules and contribute to a positive safety culture.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Forklift Certification preferred.
OSHA 10 Certification required.
