We're looking for an enthusiastic, guest-focused Bingo Attendant to help create a fun, energetic, and welcoming Bingo experience. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with guests, thrives in a lively environment, and takes pride in delivering Family-Style service.
What You'll Do
- Call a portion of all Bingo sessions with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm
- Sell paper and electronic Bingo units to guests
- Pick up winning Bingo cards on the floor and pay out winnings accurately
- Assist guests with questions, equipment, and game procedures
- Perform additional duties as needed to support smooth Bingo operations
- Maintain availability for scheduled shifts
- Exhibit Caesars Entertainment's Family-Style Service at all times
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least three months of casino-related experience or equivalent training preferred
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging personality
- Ability to read and write simple lists, memos, and basic business correspondence
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Must possess and maintain the applicable regional Gaming card
- Must possess and maintain a valid Health card
