Maintain proper sanitation standards in all kitchen outlets in compliance with Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) regulations and company Stewarding standards. Safely clean and sanitize all china, flatware, and kitchen equipment. Operate dish machines and handle cleaning chemicals (bleach, pine sol, oven cleaner, etc.) responsibly. Support the team by meeting attendance guidelines and following all regulatory, departmental, and company policies. Qualifications.
