Host Cashier - Beach Café at Harrah's Laughlin Beach ResortIf you're the kind of person who can greet guests with a Family Style Service smile, juggle transactions with ease, and keep the dining flow smooth as a desert breeze, this role might be your perfect fit.Guest-Facing Duties* Welcome guests warmly and seat them using a rotation system to maximize service* Answer phones with top-tier etiquette and assist with reservations* Communicate clearly with guests, coworkers, and supervisors* Clear and reset tables during peak hours-aiming for under two minutes!Cash Handling & POS* Accurately process payments and return correct change or receipts* Maintain your cash bank and complete end-of-shift reports* Learn and operate the outlet's POS systemSkills & Requirements* 1 year of cash-handling experience preferred* Must have a valid SNHD Health Card* Able to read, write, and speak English fluently* Comfortable with basic math and using a cash register* Willing to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidaysPhysical Demands* Lift up to 30 lbs, push/pull up to 150 lbs* Stand and walk for the entire shift, including stairs* Work in hot, cold, smoky, or dusty environmentsThis role is all about being the friendly face and steady hand that keeps the Beach Café humming.
