General SummaryPlaces food and beverage orders, delivers items to tables and ensures guests enjoy their visit to the coffee shop.Essential Duties and Responsibilities* Takes accurate food and beverage orders, retrieve and serve food and beverage orders to guest tables according to venue specifications and to engage with guests in a professional courteous and efficient manner and complete side work.* Maintains knowledge of all restaurant menu options and answers guests' questions about the menu.* Delivers food to guests, ensuring that the proper order was received and that beverages are refilled.* Communicates regularly with on-coming shift staff and the chef on duty to address issues and concerns.* Ensures that all food is served within health, safety and sanitation guidelines.* Attends training classes required by management.* Perform any other duties as assigned by management.* Provide outstanding guest service to all internal and external guestsRequirements:Job Specifications - Qualifications* Six months of related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
