Job Details

The Engineer is responsible for the timely maintenance and operation of major fixed asset equipment, both physical and mechanical throughout the property. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Handles all work orders pertaining to the maintenance and operation of major fixed asset equipment, both physical and mechanical, throughout the property. Has working knowledge of the physical and mechanical systems on the property, to include (but not limited to) the boilers, chillers, pumps, air handlers, plumbing distribution systems, fire protection systems, electrical distribution systems, motors, controls (both electric and pneumatic), kitchen and restaurant equipment, mechanical and non-mechanical systems and equipment, compressors, refrigeration equipment, and air conditioning equipment. Responsible for keeping accurate records (work orders, logs, reports) of all maintenance performed. Maintains a safe working environment, compliant with all OSHA guidelines.
