Provides security/safety for our guests/employees and property assets, is able to assist in all emergency situations. Offers accurate and courteous service, along with the knowledge of casino responsibilities, investigates situations according to the company and departments standards as well as prepare written reports. Essential Duties and Responsibilities To provide security/safety for guests/employees and property assets. To enforce all State, Federal and gaming laws. Detain or arrest when appropriate. Assist with all emergency situations. Knowledge of hotel/department policies and procedures in order to provide consistent and accurate dissemination of information to guests/employees and departments. Investigate and prepare written reports. Attend all scheduled meetings. Attend all scheduled training classes. Abide by all County/ State and corporate law/policy.
