The Bullhead City Library was originally opened in 1990 as a one room library located in the Board of Supervisors office. Mission Statement. Mohave County Library Department is looking to fill a Library Assistant I position in the beautiful Bullhead City, AZ location. This position is public facing and will mostly be working directly with the public. There will be occasional public speaking at programs or on outreach assignments.... What are outreach assignments? See below the different Job Functions for each assignment as this position will occasionally cover bookmobile runs, do outreach, cover programs, or cover at a different Library location.
