The opportunity:

We are seeking a Maintenance Manager (fixed and mobile assets) to help develop, optimize maintenance programs and strategy for a mining client. You will be experienced in executing and managing the maintenance of Mobile and fixed plant processing equipment. The successful candidate will have a hands-on and can-do approach as well as proven on-site maintenance experience in a mining environment.

With a strong commitment to accelerate safety and productivity performance, you will lead and coach your team to embed a culture of continuous improvement and best practice maintenance methodologies

What You'll Do:

• Join the Senior Leadership Team as a key contributor, where your guidance will shape the success of the entire Maintenance department.
• Lead cost-effective, high-performance operations by implementing optimized work practices that maximize productivity and resource use, all while aligning with budget goals.
• Play an active role in cultivating a positive and collaborative culture, building strong connections within the organization and with trusted external partners.
• Champion a commitment to safety by modelling safe practices, managing risk, identifying hazards, and participating in initiatives that drive a culture of workplace health and safety.

What You'll Bring:

• A solid foundation of experience in maintenance within the mining sector, ideally with exposure to leadership roles.
• Knowledge across maintenance planning, reliability, and execution for mobile plant, fixed plant, and infrastructure, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
• Relevant qualifications in Electrical, Mechanical, Process, or Engineering disciplines, whether through trade or tertiary studies.
• A collaborative leadership style and strong communication skills, enabling you to build connections and engage effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
