Description
Summary:
Monitor the property using a digital surveillance system to ensure compliance with gaming regulations; maintains shift log & reports suspicious activities.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
• Assist in the training of new hires and participate in all on-going Department training.
• Monitor and report any deviation or issue of non-compliance from the property's policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report any unusual or suspicious activity in or on the perimeter of the property.
• Monitor and report any unauthorized access to sensitive areas of the property.
• Monitor and report any violation of gaming integrity including cheating at play and suspicious financial transactions.
• Log and respond to radio calls.
• Maintain a log of the routine tasks performed within the Surveillance room and on the gaming floor.
• Observe all internal cash asset transfers and escorts.
• Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned
