GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Stocker sets up necessary stock and supplies and maintains stock throughout shift, as well as assisting in any area directed by supervisor

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (Includes, but is not limited to the following.)

* Follow Sanitation Safety Procedures and Daily Sanitation Guidelines

* utilize proper hand washing techniques

* Maintains beverage dispensing machine

* Clears and restocks any of the side stations

* Responsible for adhering to the maintenance calendar

* Runs silverware and bus carts to dishwasher

* Restocks dishware and silverware

* Picks up supplies from support kitchens

* Refills ice bins

* Completes cleaning assignments

GUEST SERVICE (INTERNAL/EXTERNAL) STANDARDS: Employee is required to meet and deliver our core values, service standards, and family style service.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Must have the ability to provide our guests with excellent customer service, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests.

Certificate/License: Must have a permit to work in the United States. Reno Police Card if applicable

Must be able to push/pull and lift/carry 50 pounds unassisted. Must be able to tolerate repetitious hand/arm/wrist movements. Must be able to sit, stand and walk. Must be able to grasp objects. Must have the ability to shift back and forth between 2 or more activities in a timely manner and the ability to complete each. Mobility and stamina to stand all day. Ability to move quickly. 100% energy
